CNN Business, The Street drop out of top 10 biz news sites

CNN Business and TheStreet.com dropped out of the top 10 business news sites in June due to double-digit declines in unique visitors, according to comScore data.

CNN Business, which had been No. 9, fell to No 11 after its unique visitors fell 16 percent to 15.9 million in June. TheStreet.com, previously No. 10, fell to No. 12 with a 22 percent decline in unique visitors to 14.6 million.

The big gainer for the month was Fortune, which rose to No. 9 with a 31 percent increase in unique visitors to 20.6 million.

Yahoo Finance remains the No. 1 business news website. Its unique visitors declined slightly to 106 million in June.

Reuters saw a 23 percent drop in unique visitors to 28.8 million but remained at No. 5.
